Havanese & Lhaso Apso Hybred Puppies

Natascha sleeping schedule has varied since the pregnancy same time last year.  She maintained a normal sleeping and active day schedule last year. This year she appears to nap most of the day with frequent change of positions and locations on the cool wood floors to her prepped delivery room area where she feels safe and comfortable.

Last night, Tuesday, September 15, 2009 I was awake most of the night with short intervals of 30 minute or less naps. Natascha and the puppies were very active. They kept her moving from one side of her whelping area to the other side. She would sleep on her back and let them spread out, then turn to side and then flip around and face another direction. Her constant moving kept me awake as I slept with her near her whelping area. I am keeping a close eye on her and the puppies movements as we are at the exact day of pregnancy she was at last year in which she went into labor.

Her temperature and feeding habits are normal, as they were last year just before labor.  I anticipate that the puppies will arrive late tonight or tomorrow evening. I will keep posting updates. I have videos of her completed and I hope all enjoy.
